1. Return/Exchange Window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and parts.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged (due to misuse), or incomplete items.

  • Custom/personalized items.

  • Clearance/final sale items.

3. Process

  1. Contact: Email [Your Support Email] with your order number.

  2. Approval: We'll issue a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective/incorrect). Use a trackable service.

  4. Refund/Exchange: After inspection, your refund (to original payment method) or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect upon delivery. Report damage or defects within 48 hours with photos/videos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
