Shipping Policy

1. Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

  • Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Time: Delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 5-10 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number.

  • Restrictions: We ship only to the U.S. (including APO/FPO). We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for some items.

3. Delays & Damages
We are not liable for carrier delays once shipped. Inspect packages upon delivery. Report damage within 48 hours per our Return Policy.
